Roto-Launch has revolutionized pigging with an easy-to-install, gravity-fed automatic launcher that bolts right onto your horizontal or vertical riser.

Inside the pressure vessel is a rotating carousel where up to seven utility pigs are loaded into chambers from where the pigs are launched remotely, one at a time, either on demand or at prescribed intervals.

We have designed Roto-Launch with versatility in mind. Every model accepts every type, size and style of utility pig we know to be in use today.

Loading the pigs is simple and clean for the operator with no risk of spillage or damage to the environment.

Launching a pig is easy and automatic.

An external pneumatic actuator rotates the carousel one chamber at a time and drops the next pig onto the reducer, where it is forced into the pipeline.

A signal from your own SCADA system is all that is required to send a pig. If your location is not equipped with SCADA, launching is controlled using a Roto-Launch supplied programmable controller.

We ship every Roto-Launch unit as a turnkey package. Roto-Launch is easy to install and requires little or no additional engineering.
