The Roto-Launch multi-pig automatic launcher and multi-pig receiver were designed and developed by field operators who understand the essential role of pigging.

We know that pigging helps increase oil and gas production and, therefore, revenue by

• clearing a pipeline of accumulated liquids and paraffins;
• controlling operational problems such as slugging and the formation of hydrates;
• preventing shutdowns caused by overloading at the inlet separator; and
• reducing and removing debris that cause corrosion, thus extending the life of the pipeline.

However, we were frustrated by the many limitations of single pig launchers, which are labour intensive, expensive and inconvenient to operate, environmentally unfriendly, and in most cases make it impossible to maintain a frequent pigging schedule.

We decided to create a better way to pig and that is why we invented the efficient, reliable, easy-to-use and safe-to-operate Roto-Launch multi-pig automatic launcher and receiver.
