Warranties

Satisfaction Guarantee

Roto-Launch guarantees customer satisfaction with the purchase of every Roto-Launch multi-pig automatic launcher or multi-pig receiver. In the unlikely event that your Roto-Launch equipment does not perform as prescribed and we cannot rectify the problem, you can return the equipment within 12 months of the delivery date and Roto-Launch will refund the purchase price.

Materials and Workmanship Guarantee

The equipment is guaranteed to be free from defects in materials, workmanship and design for a period of 12 months from the delivery date. The liability of Roto-Launch is limited to repair or replacement of defective material.

After-sales service

Roto-Launch believes in providing our customers an excellent post-sale experience. Our after-sales service includes:

• on-site operator orientation and training;
• follow-up field visits to monitor customer satisfaction; and
• on-going regulatory compliance assistance to ensure pressure component safety and asset integrity (optional).
